Click the “New” button from the homepage to make a new account. Next, enter your homeowner or customer’s information.

You’ll be able to edit this information later if needed. After saving, you’ll be on the Account page.
On the left side, you’ll see two tabs: Opportunity and Site Photos.

Site photos allows you to upload photos relevant to this job. NOTE: These photos will not be included on the customer documents, so they are for internal use only. However, be mindful they are included on the work order.
From the Opportunity tab you can add Sales Notes, add or edit Proposals, edit the customer’s contact information, and Show/Hide monthly payments.
Click “New” in the blue “Proposals” section to start a new Proposal
