Equipment Tab

In the Equipment tab on the left side, you will see the pre-selected equipment for the chosen option. Example below:

Click model numbers to get more information on the equipment, including a spec sheet when available. You can delete equipment if needed, but AHRI data must be manually updated.

In the Catalog section on the right hand side, you can add equipment that fits with the selected system type.

Use the dropdown to select the type of equipment you would like to add.

You can search by Brand, Model Number, Tons or Price. If your search does not return a result, try removing the last few characters of the model number.

If the type of equipment you are looking for is not available, there may be a few reasons. Equipment Types (i.e. Furnace, Air Handler, etc) are limited by the System Type (i.e. Split Gas, Packaged Heat Pump, etc). There is no way to change the System Type, you will need to build a new Proposal. Alternately, you may choose to add the Equipment as a Service. To add Equipment to the Proposal, there must be a price uploaded into Pricebook. If you need an Equipment price uploaded, have a company administrator email support@pricebook.zendesk.com or click the orange “Contact Support” button.
