The Proposal Page
This page shows all the preconfigured Options included in your Pricebook for the chosen System Type and tonnage. Do not change the System Type or Capacity. If you need to change this information, you’ll need to create a new Proposal.
You can reorder the Options using the blue and green arrows on the left.
You can use the Copy button to copy in Options from elsewhere in your Pricebook, as long as they are of the same system type. The New buttons allows you to create a new Option from scratch.
Click the “Scope of Work” tab to edit your standard services, or Scope of Work. It will be be preloaded with your company’s default Scope of Work statement.
Check for Pricing Updates will refresh your pricing to your company’s most updated parameters. NOTE: This will not upload new pricing from your distributor. This is done elsewhere.
Each column corresponds to the equipment included.
Use the green/red Show/Hide to choose which Options to show to your customer on the Show Page. You can delete Options, however this is not recommended as they may not be retrievable for this Proposal.
