The Buy Now Process
Your customers can complete the Buy Now process with you together on your device, or from the emailed Proposal on their own device without you present. Start by clicking the green Buy Now button. This will bring up green “Select” buttons on top of each option, for them to click to choose a system. Once they click “Select”, it will bring up the Purchase Review Page.
On the left side, there will be a box with the system and equipment and any added Services. On the right, you will see a box labeled “Investment Summary.” This shows the total system price, and any discounts or rebates.
Below that is the Payment box. This includes payment terms for your company and payment methods. The homeowner must choose a payment method. As a reminder, Pricebook does not process any payments, meaning no money will change hands at this time.
Lastly on the bottom of the Purchase Review page, the customer has the opportunity to review and edit their contact information. Next, they will click Check Out.
Now they’re on the Agreement page. They will need to read and review your company’s terms and conditions, check the box to certify that they have, and then sign in the signature box. They can sign with their finger on a touch screen device (such as a tablet), or with a mouse on their computer. Then, they will click “Submit Order.”
This will take them to the Thank You page. At this time, they will receive the Sales Agreement email with their sales agreement attached.
