Summary Page & Finance Plans
The Summary tab is the most important page in Pricebook. This will show a completely itemized breakdown of the selections and costs associated with the selected Option, including equipment, install kits, services, finance fees and any discounts or rebates. We highly recommend checking the Summary page for each Option you will show to the customer. You can quickly do this using the “Previous” and “Next” links in the upper right area of the Proposal Option page.
This is also the best place to select your finance plan. Your company adminstrator determines which finance plans you can choose, and how the finance fees are calculated for the selected plans.
The selected finance plan description will appear on your customer’s Proposal, next to the approximate monthly payment. Your customer will not see an itemized finance (dealer) fee associated with the plans.
